一、101年度臺北市青年留學貸款預定自101年1月1日起正式開放申請。
二、101年度承貸銀行為台北富邦商業銀行請點選個人貸款/政策性貸款。
三、臺北富邦銀行服務電話 02-87516665按9，服務地點請參考網站檔案資訊。
四、本貸款利息利率如下，前10年利息由北市教育局補助：
（一）攻讀碩士學位及專技證照：前二年I＋1.4％＝2.74％，第三年起I＋1.0％＝2.34％。
（二）攻讀博士學位：前四年I＋1.4％＝2.74％，第五年起I＋1.0％＝2.34％）
註：I為中華郵政一年期定期儲蓄存款機動利率，目前利率為1.34％
五、申請人貸款額度獲准後，應自銀行核准之日起二個月內辦妥相關手續，並完成第一次額度動用。如逾上述期間未動用，則本額度即註銷；日後申請人如需動用本額度時，應依銀行規定另行重新申請。
六、申請表、授權書、切結書等表件依銀行規定格式使用，原公告文件、資訊更新，相關訊息以本次公告為準。
