郵局財力證明申請(Application of Post Office of the Republic of China Certification of Account Balance)

　　收到錄取通知後，學校的Office of Graduate and International Admissions會寄信，要求申請者提供財力證明(Financial Statement Expense Figures)和護照影本，校方收到後會再寄發I-20。

　　其中留學美國的申請者，需要提供英文版的美金財力證明給學校，在台灣有部分銀行需要開美金帳戶才能提供美金的財力證明，但大部份的人都僅有台幣帳戶，要換成美金又要另外多道手續，正值留學準備焦頭爛額時，實在不太方便。

　　感謝中華郵政的貼心服務，除可申請英文版的「郵政儲金存款餘額證明書」，還可以當日匯率將戶頭內的台幣換算為美金，十分鐘左右就完成了，省時又省力，建議有郵局帳戶的人申請。

　　申請步驟如下：

一、本人攜帶國民身分證、原留印鑑(本人親自臨櫃得以簽名代替)、儲金簿、護照至任一郵局(非通儲戶至立帳局)申請。

二、自行列印或臨櫃索取「郵政儲金存款餘額證明申請書」，告知要前往美國留學，請儲匯人員開立美金的英文版證明。
※戶名請填寫護照上的中英文全名。

三、取得「郵政儲金存款餘額證明」，第1份付工本費20元；第2份起每增加1份加收10元。

USC OT Admission

　　收到USC的Early Admission了！在USC OT榮登2013年U.S. News 職能治療研究所第一名的時候入學真是與有榮焉。這一年多來留學準備的煎熬，是在許多貴人的支持與鼓勵下度過的，謝謝你們幫助我的夢想成真！

Your confirmation form has been received. Congratulations on your admission to the MA program in the Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. We are delighted you will be joining the program in Fall, 2013.

　

You should be hearing from the Office of Graduate Admissions and they will be sending you a formal letter of admission to USC. They require that graduate students complete the Intent to Enroll form (hard copy or online). This triggers a student being able to get a university e-mail address before registering for classes, and thus allowing their office to invite graduate students (both domestic and international) to the USC Orientation. Fall classes begin on August 26th, with open registration the week prior.
