After this extremely stressful period of time, I still couldn't believe I would cry in the first journal club. I felt so embarrassed to be so vulnerable and immature.
I really enjoy actively participating in every discussion, however, I just couldn't catch up with the speed that everyone was talking in and I find it challenging to express my feelings and thoughts in a short period of time. When asked to talk during conversations, I simply couldn't organize my ideas into English even though I'd really like to.
There is still a long way to go. Luckily with the understanding and support of my friends, I will not be alone on this journey. I will always be stronger today than I was yesterday.
